What we use

Hovnect uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries. None of them are advertising trackers, and each is either strictly necessary for the service you asked for or a preference you set yourself, which is why the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations ("PECR") do not require us to ask for consent before setting them.

• `noskip_refresh`: keeps you signed in between visits. Strictly necessary; HttpOnly and Secure. Lives 30 days, or only for the session when you did not choose "Remember this device".
• `noskip.theme`: remembers light, dark or system appearance in the platform. A preference kept in browser storage until you clear it.
• `noskip.sidebar.collapsed`: remembers whether the sidebar is collapsed. A preference kept in browser storage until you clear it.

The public website sets no cookies at all until you sign in.

Third parties

Stores, payment providers and our email provider are separate websites with their own cookies. When we link to them, their policies apply.

Your choices

You can delete cookies and storage in your browser at any time. Deleting noskip_refresh signs you out. Because none of our cookies are optional trackers, we do not show a consent banner; if that changes we will ask first, as PECR and the UK GDPR require.
